"Cementiri Gaudi" exhibition at the CRAI campus Catalunya

From to

Catalunya campus CRAI

The URV Art Room offers us the exhibition "Cementiri Gaudí", by Ricard Huerta. You can visit it in the lobby of the Catalunya campus CRAI until September 22.

The exhibition is a pedagogical proposal in which education students from Rovira i Virgili University have participated.

This unique exhibition has as its main theme cemeteries, unpopular spaces that talk about the culture of death and how we relate or not to it.

However, the exhibition proposes a new look at the graves, understood as spaces of memory and respect, but also as spaces for experience and discovery.

The exhibition provides images of cemeteries that are close to the students, and through this participation each one contributes a small fragment of their individual and/or family memory and brings us closer to spaces full of memory, relationships of affection and loss, spaces to accompany the mourning and remember those who are no longer with us.
