DESCRIPTION:The URV Art Classroom presents the exhibition &quot\;Enric Mado
 rran Paintings&quot\; which can be visited at the CRAI campus Catalunya fr
 om 9 to 27 February. The opening ceremony will take place on Monday 9 Febr
 uary at 7 pm in the CRAI lobby.\n\nEnric Madorran has a degree in Fine Art
 s from the University of Barcelona. Throughout his artistic career he has 
 been recognized with several awards\, including the 1985 Biennial award at
  the Museu d&#39\;Art Modern de Tarragona\, the XXIII Julio Antonio Sculpt
 ure Award.\n\nHis work is closely linked to his life experience and the ro
 le that art has played in his personal well-being. Artistic practice has p
 rovided him with a space for expression\, creation and emotional balance\,
  and has become a fundamental tool in his personal process.\n\nCurrently\,
  he continues to develop his pictorial work and teaches artistic workshops
  at the La Muralla Association and the Tarragona Day Center\, promoting cr
 eativity and artistic expression as resources for health\, inclusion and s
 ocial participation. He also actively participates in the Parelles Artíst
 iques project\, promoted personally and by the La Muralla Association.\n\n
 This exhibition presents a selection of his pictorial work and a sample of
  the work of his students\, people with diverse experiences in the field o
 f mental health\, and highlights art as a tool for well-being\, learning a
 nd personal and collective transformation.\n\nCurator: Ester Fabregat Moln
