DESCRIPTION:The FECYT\, together with Clarivate\, has organized the I Onlin
 e Training Cycle of the Web of Science database that will take place throu
 ghout the First semester of 2026\, with the aim of making known the update
 s\, changes and new features of this database\, through several free sessi
 ons\, in Spanish\, lasting 60 minutes\, and that will be developed over th
 e coming months. The sessions offered for the month of&nbsp\;April 2026&nb
 sp\;are:\n\nApril 14&nbsp\;(2-3 pm): Getting Started with Journal Citation
  Reports (Basic Level)\no Accessing JCR with my institution&#39\;s subscri
 ption\no Overview of a journal&#39\;s profile\no Exploring and comparing j
 ournals\no Saving favorites and/or exporting\n\nApril 15 (2-3 pm): Impact 
 Indicators in Journal Citation Reports (Basic Level)\no The Journal Impact
  Factor (JIF) is not a normalized indicator\no The Journal Citation Indica
 tor (JCI) is a normalized indicator\no Interpreting percentiles and quarti
 les\n\nArpil 16 (2-3 pm): Exploring a Journal&#39\;s Profile in Journal Ci
 tation Reports (Advanced Level)\no Exploring journal profile information\n
 o Navigating by categories\, publishers\, or countries\no Additional resou
 rces\n\nAs usual\, it should be remembered that these sessions are open an
 d aimed at all students\, researchers and users who are part of any Spanis
 h R&amp\;D&amp\;I institution with a WoS license.\n\nYou can consult all t
 he sessions and formalize your prior registration through this link. The f
 irst time you access it\, you will be asked to validate yourself in SABiDi
  with your university credentials. From here\, you can choose the session 
 or sessions of your interest. Use the URV institutional email when filling
  out the registration form. Once formalized\, you will receive a confirmat
 ion email that you must save because it contains the link to access the se
 ssion on the indicated day and time. Check your spam folder if you have no
 t received it.\n\nAll users who take the courses and answer 100% of all th
 e online questions that will be asked live throughout the session will rec
 eive a satisfaction survey by email and\, a few weeks later\, the certific
 ate of attendance.\n\nYou can also download the recorded sessions and trai
 ning material from other courses on Web of Science and also on Scopus.
