DESCRIPTION:The FECYT\, together with Clarivate\, has organized the I Onlin
 e Training Cycle of the Web of Science database that will take place throu
 ghout the First semester of 2026\, with the aim of making known the update
 s\, changes and new features of this database\, through several free sessi
 ons\, in Spanish\, lasting 60 minutes\, and that will be developed over th
 e coming months. The sessions offered for the month of&nbsp\;April 2026&nb
 sp\;are:\n\nTuesday\, May 19 (2-3 pm): Session B1 - Discovering researcher
  profiles in Web of Science (Advanced level)\n\n\nAuthors\, their identifi
 ers\, and their researcher profiles in Web of Science\nAlgorithm-generated
  profiles and verified profiles\nCreating\, editing\, and sharing my profi
 le\n\n\nWednesday\, May 20 (2-3 pm): Session B2 - Managing a researcher pr
 ofile in Web of Science (Basic level)\n\n\nLinking your ORCID profile\nAdd
 ing missing publications\nAbout automatic updates\nRemoving incorrect publ
 ications\n\n\nThursday\, May 21 (2-3 pm): Session B3 - Demonstrating my im
 pact with my Web of Science researcher profile (Advanced level)\n\n\nPubli
 cations\, their associated metrics\, and export options\nInterpreting norm
 alized metrics in the author impact beamplot\nExamining publications and c
 iting documents to explain my impact\n\n\nAs usual\, it should be remember
 ed that these sessions are open and aimed at all students\, researchers an
 d users who are part of any Spanish R&amp\;D&amp\;I institution with a WoS
  license.\n\nYou can consult all the sessions and formalize your prior reg
 istration through this link. The first time you access it\, you will be as
 ked to validate yourself in SABiDi with your university credentials. From 
 here\, you can choose the session or sessions of your interest. Use the UR
 V institutional email when filling out the registration form. Once formali
 zed\, you will receive a confirmation email that you must save because it 
 contains the link to access the session on the indicated day and time. Che
 ck your spam folder if you have not received it.\n\nAll users who take the
  courses and answer 100% of all the online questions that will be asked li
 ve throughout the session will receive a satisfaction survey by email and\
 , a few weeks later\, the certificate of attendance.\n\nYou can also downl
 oad the recorded sessions and training material from other courses on Web 
 of Science and also on Scopus.
