DESCRIPTION:The Tarragona Municipal Council for Disability presents this ex
 hibition\, which showcases 14 good practices promoted by organizations bel
 onging to the Tarragona Municipal Council for Disability. Its aim is to hi
 ghlight real-life projects that foster inclusion\, support\, autonomy\, an
 d improvements in the quality of life of people with disabilities or healt
 h conditions\, as well as that of their families.\n\nThe exhibition panels
  present a wide range of initiatives that place people\, rights\, support\
 , and community work at the centre\, highlighting the essential role playe
 d by local associations and organizations.\n\nThe exhibition can be visite
 d from 14 to 22 September 2026 at the CRAI campus&nbsp\;Catalunya. Afterwa
 rds\, it will become a travelling exhibition and will be displayed at the 
 other CRAIs across URV campuses and sites.
