The URV Learning and Research Resource Center has had, from 2013 to mid-2020, a quality management system, certified under the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.

It currently continues to work following the policy of continuous improvement, with the Quality Policy document that establishes the basic guidelines that remain in force for the Internal Quality Management System
