The URV CRAI is committed to working to improve the quality of resources and services aimed at users. The Services Charter of the CRAI incorporates commitments and quality indicators that measure their performance.

- Provide users with adequate spaces, resources and equipment for self-learning and continuous training
- Serve and inform users in a personalized manner, both in person and virtually
- Guarantee a balanced collection of information resources in all areas
- Offer a loan and document retrieval service that facilitates consultation of the CRAI collection and that of other institutions. Guarantee loan spaces and equipment to meet the needs of users.
- Offer advice, support materials and training activities to the entire university community for the acquisition of information, computer and linguistic skills and competences.
- Advise and support research activity and contribute to the visibility of the URV's scientific production
