From 2 to 22 November, students enrolled at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili in bachelor's, master's or doctoral programmes during the 2026-27 academic year will be able to take part in a new satisfaction survey on the CRAI's resources, spaces and services.

All students are encouraged to participate, as their feedback is an essential tool for continuing to adapt services and facilities to the real needs of the university community.

The questionnaire takes less than 4 minutes to complete and will remain available until 22 November 2026. Survey link.

To encourage participation, 20 URV merchandise items will be raffled among all participants who complete the survey: 10 hoodies and 10 backpacks. The terms and conditions of the prize draw can be consulted.

Feedback gathered through previous surveys has already helped drive several improvements across the CRAI libraries. These include extended loan periods, the introduction of soundproof booths for video conferencing, the installation of whiteboards in group study areas, and an increase in the number of power outlets available to users, among other initiatives.
